I'm Sham, the photographer and creative behind Visuals By Sham Photography. My journey with photography grew through sports and visual storytelling in college, where I worked with UWG Athletics creating photo and video content — first as a video assistant, later as a graduate assistant. Those fast-paced environments taught me how to read a moment and capture it as it happens, and that instinct still shapes how I shoot today.
Over time, what started behind the scenes became something much bigger — a passion for capturing people, their stories, and the moments that deserve to live beyond the day they happened. Today, I photograph everything from creative portraits and personal branding to graduations, maternity, events, and milestone celebrations throughout Atlanta and beyond.
I love photography that feels like something — whether that means bringing a creative concept to life, helping someone finally feel confident in front of the camera, or documenting a moment they'll never get back.
